Design
- VSCOM Pricing Page This is an example specification for a project where we transformed static content into responsive pages. The challenge was to maintain the complexity of the content while adhering to explicit instructions not to simplify it.
- QE Content Manager Specification This specification was crafted for my scrum team to outline the development of a small but impactful feature.
- Visual Guide for QE Online This visual specification details a minor update to QE Online. This document describes a feature that enables support for multiple versions of the Security Development Lifecycle policy to run concurrently.
Strategy
- ScootCute Business Model, Brand Identity, and Personas A school project focused on creating a detailed business model canvas, a unique brand identity, and user personas for a line of protective clothing.
- Kickoff Presentation and Storyboard To highlight the value of our work, I created a storyboard and presented this deck to my scrum team. This ensured alignment and a clear understanding of the business value behind the epic.
- Centricity Enterprise Information Model Overview I developed this PowerPoint presentation to provide upper management with a clear and concise overview of our efforts to design an information model for documentation.
Process
- Waste and Duplication Diagrams To expose inefficiencies and promote streamlined solutions, I created detailed Visio diagrams. For example, this diagram highlights information duplication, while this diagram uncovers waste across divisions, stressing the need for systemic improvements.
- Process Flowchart My role included identifying workflow inefficiencies, suggesting improvements, and ensuring their implementation. To convey these changes, I created flowcharts like this example, which simplifies the project management process and demonstrates my ability to streamline complexity.
